totally Zingaporian's after meal
This is another after meal result. What was the dish? Ngiang Toh Foo, at the Siglap Center coffee shop, next to Siglap Center (the one that's just next to the big canal, for those who are in the know). This is one of our favourite makan locations, where we normally go to have our breakfast before church service. The big white 'meefun' is always topped up with some delicious gravy filled with minced meat. Yummy

We had another wonderful meal yesterday at the Paramount restaurant. It was high-tea. We sat there from 2.30pm to 4.30 pm, although the high-tea period ended at 4.00 pm.
What did we have? Plenty: we had chicken satay, pork chop, fried noodles, kai-lan with mushroom, kuey-pie-tee, sweet & sour fish...the list goes on...too many to remember. I'll try to note them down the next time around.
Oh, this was just some chicken wing bones left over. Of course there were other dishes like pork chop, fried noodles, kai-lan with mushroom, kuey-pie-tee (Jacinta's favourite), etc etc
Ice Cream anybody ?
Here, at the end of a wonderful high-tea meal at Paramount Hotel, I decided to take 2 scoops of ice cream.
and what you see here are the before, and after of the ice-cream
Fried chicken anyone
Some of the left over of what used to be delicious chicken wings we had at Paramount Hotel.
Is it only Singaporeans?
I am amazed at the many blogs/websites praising the many wonderful food available in Singapore.
Pretty pictures of the mouth watering food displays, wonderfully captured by various types of cameras, Digital or otherwise.
All these are well. But what happened after those beautiful photos of those wonderfully displayed food are taken.
Well, I have decided to show them, from mine, and friends' and family members' own experience.
All taken by my handy Canon Ixus 8515.
Any similarity to any other blogs/websites, restaurants' and hawkers' food is purely coincidental .
